Spring 2012: UMB Bank

The Spring 2012 client was UMB bank, where we focused on their mobile banking services. Students researched mobile banking issues, bank advertising, potential targets and more, and then prepared two different ad campaign concepts.

The presentation was held at UMB's headquarters in downtown Kansas City, where a panel of UMB marketing executives critiqued the student's work. The lively panel of professionals really did a nice job providing both real, hard feedback and a very pleasant and fun environment. In fact, on the spot the bank agreed to use some of the ideas presented!

Keep your eyes on UMB.com's home page... when you see the whale, you'll see one of the team's ideas. The other concept is promotion-based, so will not be so easy to track. But, any information we have will be posted here.
